Schedule Change Request 

The process for schedule changes will be discussed in class meetings on Wednesday.  

PRIVATE EMAILS FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED.

          Please fill out all areas of the Google Form. If your request is approved, you will be contacted. 

If you are NOT contacted, your request cannot be fulfilled. 

           Note- elective classes were given according to availability that could fit on your schedule.  Most electives are at max capacity.

• If you did NOT turn in a completed schedule request form in the Spring, your change will NOT be considered. 

ACCEPTABLE reasons for requesting a schedule change include:

• Failed and/or passed a class; Diploma pathway change (JumpStart/University) 

• Adding or withdrawing from Honors courses (Adding Honors requires meeting RHS requirements). 

UNACCEPTABLE reasons include: 

• Different hour for course 

• Teacher preference

• Lunch preference 

• PE rosters come from coaches.  If you are not in athletic PE, your coach will need to contact a counselor.

• Note Juniors- ALL juniors should be scheduled for Financial Literacy- Do NOT ask for a schedule change

• Note- Sophomore Honors were ALL placed in Virtual Spanish 1- Do NOT ask for a schedule change

• Note- Freshmen Honors were ALL placed in Spanish 1 with Mr. Alfonso-Do NOT ask for a schedule change
