Discipline Policy

Discipline:

SRE follows a step system for behavior.  Students will receive lines if excessive behavior patterns are displayed.  These lines will be communicated to parents and consequences will follow. Students will also have incentives for exceptional and improved behavior. If there are any behavior issues during the week, a discipline sheet will be sent home in a purple folder. They will be sent home  on Wednesday. The discipline sheets must be signed and returned by Friday of that same week.

Discipline Steps:

STEP 1: Verbal Warning 

STEP 2: 1st Line- Think Time/Reflections

STEP 3: 2nd Line- Recess Detention  

STEP 4: 3rd Line- Recess Detention + Phone Call 

STEP 5: 4th Line- Recess Detention ALL WEEK 

STEP 6: 5th Line- Conference with Administrator

STEP 7: 6th Line- Minor or Major Referral
