Classroom Expectations

Be Respectful

1. Listen during lessons, unless you are given permission to do otherwise.

2. Always pay attention when your teacher or a classmate speaks. 

3. Respect other people’s belongings and work (no stealing or cheating).

4. Be respectful to teachers, other adults, other students, and yourself. 

5. Behave at recess, in restrooms, at assemblies, and in other classes like library or PE.

6. Take care of classroom and school property.

7. Always be honest. 

8. Use appropriate language at all times.

Be Responsible

1. Quickly follow the directions given by an adult.

2. Complete your work on time.

3. Be prepared for class (e.g. supplies and materials).

Be Safe

1. Keep your body to yourself.

2. Keep objects to yourself.

3. Stay in your seat unless given permission to do otherwise.
