The deadline to apply for A+Campus for the 2025-2026 school year is July 18, 2025.
-A+Campus is available to students enrolled in grades 3-12.
-At this time a Prekindergarten through grade 2 virtual experience is not available.
-Students may apply after the July 18, 2025 deadline only if they have documentation of a medical condition or extenuating circumstances that occurred after the registration period. Medical conditions will require a medical professional to cite the need for an online learning setting. Extenuating circumstances will require a letter describing the circumstance. Student employment will not be considered an extenuating circumstance.
-Upon approval, students and parents must attend a prescheduled orientation at A+Campus prior to the start of the school year. Failure to do so will result in the student being returned to face to face at their zoned (base) school.

1. Successfully completing all core course work with a passing grade
2. Attended all mandatory scheduled standardized testing
3. Score a basic or above on previous standardized tests
4. High School students must have earned a minimum of 5 Carnegie Units in the current school year
5. Must receive a positive recommendation from current A+Campus assigned teacher

3. Missed no more than 13 unexcused absences in the current school year.
4. Any student previously enrolled in A+Campus must sit out a minimum of 12 months from transfer date, if transfer grades were below passing.
5. Students who did not participate in previous standardized testing must pass an initial reading screening.
***Completion of the application form does not guarantee enrollment.***
Applications and all requested documentation will be reviewed by the Acadia Parish Schools Admissions Committee to determine approved enrollment in the program. Upon approval you will be contacted by A+Campus staff to schedule your orientation. Students not approved will be provided documentation with reasoning for denial through provided guardian's email address.
