Model Lieutenant Governor

Hello, all! I am proudly serving as the model Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas. 

I am from Little Rock, Arkansas and a graduate of LR-Central High School. 

I am attending the University of Arkansas where I am studying business, majoring in Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Innovation. I also a member of the University of Arkansas mock trial team. I am also interested in artificial intelligence, law, innovation, commerce, and finance. 

My legislative interests are: technology & innovation, business development, small business growth, transportation, health care. 

Luke served in the model Arkansas House of Representatives in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 and served as Speaker of the Model House of Representatives in 2025.
