ACA Student Crafters

Student Vendor Information

Join us Friday & Saturday, December 9th and 10th, 2022 for a Holiday Bazaar at Alliance Charter Academy.

We are gathering local vendors and crafters, inviting food trucks and planning a variety of Holiday activities and opportunities. There will be food, baked goods, crafts, and maybe even some live holiday music.

Provided

8 foot space in our cafeteria
Table and/or electric outlet access for an additional fee.
Set up 8am-noon on Friday, December 9, 2022.
Advertising on the ACA school website and Facebook page. Posters, lawn signs, local bulletin boards & event sites.
Flyers and ad images for your use in helping us spread the word and advertise the Holiday Bazaar.
Selection, table placement, and special requests will be given on a “first come” basis.

Vendor Requirements

$5 table fee per day
Set up prior to 1pm on Friday, December 9th.
Do not take down until 4:05pm on Saturday.
Vendors will be responsible for their own extension cords and display items.
Share the provided flyers and advertising images.
Submit application and fees before November 11, 2022.

Register before November 21, 2024

Student Tables:

Receive a 5’ x 4' space in the downstairs hallway with 2 chairs.
(If you can bring your own table, that would be a great help or you can pay a little extra to borrow a school table for the weekend.)
Electric outlet access for an additional fee. (Students are responsible for their own power strips/extension cords.)
Set up 11:30am-12:50pm on Friday, December 13, 2024.
Leave your items in the locked school 'til Saturday.
Take down after 4pm on Saturday.

Print & Fill out the Student Vendor Application. (Or pick up a packet from the PTO "corner" in the cafeteria.)
Attach your space fees.
Make checks payable to: ACA PTO
Turn in Application & Fees to the school office: Attn. Mrs. Valerie Johnson before November 21, 2024
Watch your email in November & December for Holiday Bazaar updates and reminders from Mrs. Johnson.
