This will be our Fifth Annual Holiday Bazaar, although there was a 2 year pause between our 1st and 2ndBazaar due to Covid. We are gradually building event recognition as we continue to have our event on the 2nd weekend in December.
Last year we filled all our indoor spaces.
Our 20234 attendance was around 600. We’re working hard to provide more advertising and improved networking to continue to grow attendance.
Bazaar Fees support our Parent Teacher Organization which provides materials, advertising, and parent volunteers for the event.
We would love a variety of meal items as well as snacks and beverages. But we also know that too many trucks hinder sales, so we will only be accepting 2-3 trucks, depending upon what is being offered.
Coffee or Dessert trucks would be very welcome as part of the mix.
Vendors, as well as shoppers, really appreciate having the Food trucks available for meals while they are sitting at their booths.
Food Trucks will be parked in front of school, in our drive-up lane. It’s a nice, flat surface with easy curb access and high visibility in the neighborhood.
Food Trucks will be responsible for their own power supply and garbage removal.
School does have Free Wifi.
We will have Bazaar volunteers available to deliver orders to vendors inside, while at their booths.
We we will only accept 3-4 trucks, depending upon the variety of Food Truck offerings, so that everyone has a good share of the sales.
I will keep you updated via e-mails once the school year begins.
Set up will begin at 11:00am on the morning of the Bazaar, December 13, but not earlier.
Vendors must complete set up by 1:50pm.
If you are ready earlier and would like to be open for vendors as they are setting up, you are very welcome to do that.
Teardown begins at 4:05pm on Saturday but not earlier.
If you need to withdraw from the Bazaar, please let me know as soon as possible.
I am counting on having you there and will want to make other arrangements so that we have food options for our shoppers and vendors.
There is no cost for Food Trucks to Apply. We really want you here and we want you to be successful and make money as well.
We do ask that you…
o Commit to our event and be there. Please treat this like a gig you paid to be at. We need to count on you.
o Help us with advertising our event on your website, Facebook page, etc.
o Provide a printable menu, order form, and/or online link that we can also include in vendor packets to help the vendors order while they are at their booths.
o Consider providing a coupon or bonus of some sort that could be given just to our vendors who paid for their tables.
We are accepting trucks on a first come, first served basis. We won't accept another truck serving similar food.
