Southeast Alamance High School Presents: Hadestown Teen Edition. "Hadestown is a jazz-infused, sung-through musical that reimagines the Greek myths of Orpheus/Eurydice and Hades/Persephone in a post-apocalyptic, Depression-era setting. It follows a young, idealistic dreamer, Orpheus, trying to save his love, Eurydice, from a, bleak, industrialized Underworld run by the controlling Hades."
