Welcome to the 2023-2024

 My name is Amy McLaughlin and I am the  media coordinator here at BEJ.  I am so excited to be here.  My family and I have lived in Alamance County for 9  years.  I am married with four children - a son and three daughters.  In my spare time, I enjoy reading, working on DIY (do it yourself) projects, especially vintage projects,  kayaking, and fishing.

 I have a BS degree in psychology from Appalachian State University, K-6 certification from Pembroke State University, a Master of Library Science degree from East Carolina University, and National Board Teacher Certification in Literacy/Reading.   I am looking forward to an exciting year!
