T SHIRT ordering

Performing Arts T shirts are used throughout the year for performances (both during the day, and evenings) as well as on field trips to easily identify our students. It is important for every child to have a t shirt, so if there are any issues at all, please email me and we will find a solution. Use the printout below to order the sizes and quantities of shirts your child/children will need. Print off the image, check off the boxes, and send it in with your student along with payment.
