Wall Sit High Plank TriPod Yoga Headstand/Handstand
Low Plank Side Plank Squat Hold Overhead Hold (suitcase, paint can etc.)
Start kneeling down and jump in one motion up to your feet
Start seated in "Pretzel Style" and stand up without letting your hands touch anything
Start sitting back to back with arms interlocked and try to stand up using only your partner (no hands on floor)
Get your whole family ready for this hilarious night of fun! But watch out for paper cuts!!!
