First Grade Homework
Your child will have ELA and Math homework each night Monday through Thursday. No homework on Friday or on the weekend. Here is a breakdown of our First Grade weekly homework:
Monday: Spelling Trace & Copy and Math HomeLink
Tuesday: HFW and Math HomeLink
Wednesday: Blend it Book and Math HomeLink
Thursday: Study for Spelling Test & Math HomeLink
Friday: None! Enjoy your weekend!
*Your child should also read their "Lighting Words" each night, review their sight words, and read with an adult each night. First Graders have 15-20 minutes of homework each night.
