BVB Workouts

Injury Prevention:  Everyone knows that along with success come a couple road blocks. Injuries unfortunately aren't something that we plan for, but we can at least help prevent some injuries from happening.


Make sure to:

- Stretch after athletic activity

- Ice after stress or intense activity

- Stay ahead of potential injury sites (old injuries, etc.)


If Injuries Occur
1) Notify the coaching staff immediately!


2) Notify the Athletic Trainer -  Bill Schmidt
