WHEN CAN I LIFT?
HS SEASON: March - June
Lift only as approved by coaching staff
OFF SEASON: July - October
Heavier weights, lower reps (builds strength)
CLUB SEASON: November - February
Lighter weights, higher reps (builds endurance)
