UPCOMING OUTREACH/SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

ONGOING COMMUNITY  COLLECTION BOXES (BLUE BINS BY THE OUTDOOR STAIRS)

We are collecting:

• Non perishable food items (boxed/canned/bottled): Pasta, pasta sauce, soup, bread, peanut butter, jelly, canned meat, granola bars, cereal, rice, baby formula, potatoes, box milk, powdered milk, non dairy milks, rice, beans, quinoa, macaroni and cheese, ramen noodles, water, coffee, sugar, tea, flour, maseca, cooking oil, etc.

• Household items: Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaners, soap, detergent, Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, disinfectants

• Personal Care items: Tampons, sanitary napkins, toiletries, toothpaste, shampoo, all sizes diapers, baby wipes, soothers, baby bottles

• No expired items.

• Not currently accepting clothes or kids books, toys, and games.

• Baltimore Animals Rescue and Care Shelter: https://www.barcs.org/

  • • Used towels, sheets, blankets, and cardboard trays (that come under water, sodas, etc)

Please leave donations in front of the Church's front door (there are boxes on the back side of the building, by the parking lot). Contact Kim Lowe if you have any questions.

RECURRING SERVICE EVENTS

• BINGO: These are held every few months on Saturday mornings. Proceeds go to support local charities. Check out our Facebook page to see who proceeds support each event! Previously, these events have supported 

  • Helping Up Mission in Baltimore, MD (substance abuse, poverty and homelessness by harnessing the power of faith, science, and community)

  • Lutheran World Relief 2025 Hunger Challenge

  • National Alliance on Mental Illness

• Buy Nothing Group (quarterly)
