Amir Haskic is an innovative and compassionate entrepreneur. He is the current owner of Advanced Business Consulting, Olympus Property Management and a variety of entities in business development, real estate and mortgages. His expertise is in building new businesses, sustainability, long term strategic planning, developing teams and corporate structures. He is passionate about health and wellness and mentoring others to build the best life they can achieve. He brings over 20 years of leadership and mentoring experience as a coach and big brother to immigrant young men in the sport of Team Handball to the Olympus Healing Center
Karin Palle brings over 20 years of business management and leadership experience to the Utah Zion Healing Center. Her recent responsibilities include Lead Faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at the Salt Lake Community College, Director for the Center of Entrepreneurship at Westminster College, Executive Director of the Utah Women’s Networking Group as well as a Business Advisor, General Manager and a variety of other roles in different industries throughout the years. In addition, Ms. Palle worked with the LDS Hospital in Materials Management administration as well as Medical Resource Management in Marketing and Sales. Her attention to detail, understanding of processes and desire to give back to the local community will make her an asset to the Olympus Healing Center.
Patrick Adams specializes in assisting those who suffer from substance use disorder in navigating the legal system, acting as an advocate, and working on alternative sentencing. He has a passion for client rights and for macro social change as it translates to individual care and the quality of life of those with whom he works. Patrick's experience in direct care ranges all levels of treatment from long term residential to individual therapy.
Patrick has been working in the field of addiction and recovery for the past 22 years. He graduated with a masters graduate degree in Forensic Social Work from the University of Utah.
Mike Smith brings his passion to support individuals fighting addiction every day to his position. His journey to recovery includes a destructive path that almost sent him to prison. While waiting to go to prison, he decided to make changes to his life and discovered a desire to overcome his addictions and work towards a life of sobriety. Mike has worked his way through Vocational Rehab, a men’s group at The University of Utah ADA Clinic, inpatient and outpatient care, and transitional living and completed his high school diploma. In his recovery, he worked hard to become a successful mechanic, owner of a home and now, a new father. Mike believes in the power of building an amazing support system to count on and build a life of sobriety. As a Residence Manager, his mission is to provide the resources individuals need to better themselves and create a life plan for success. Mike lives each day to be an example of how to overcome addiction and have a life worth living.
Marsha K Stafford, SUDC (Substance Use Disorder Counselor). Licensed Probation Provider. Provides client screenings, intakes, assessments, case management, treatment planning and review. PHP, IOP and GOP groups, alcohol/drug education, individual sessions, anger management, marriage, and parenting counseling.

Trevor Tilk brings his passion about psychology and individual growth to his position at OHC. He grew up playing competitive sports, where he found a love for teamwork and physical health. He is currently working on his bachelors of psychology at the University of Utah and plans to continue his education in psychology. In addition, Trevor supports the OHC team by sharing his years of experience with technology in the areas of graphic design, website development and Microsoft Office certification.
Bobby Becker recently graduated with a Bachelors in Social Science and now shares his passion for helping people with the Olympus Healing Center as the Assistant to the Clinical Director and marketing assistant. His role is to guide clients to discover ways to improve their quality of life. In his free time, Bobby likes to stay active, encourage others, and try to not fall down the mountain when snowboarding.
