This website has been created to help you, your families and teachers with the P7 to S1 transition to Lochside Academy.

At Lochside Academy we ASPIRE to succeed. This is our vision and values.

We look forward to working with you and meeting you as part of our P7 Transition Programme (2024/25).

This website will help you familiarise yourself with who the key contacts are in the S1 Team and allow you to Meet the Teachers of Lochside Academy.

There is information about what to expect at Lochside Academy. We have included some S1 Experience videos, to help you see what a day in a life of an S1 is like.

Please help us understand what is going well and what we can do to improve the P7 to S1 Transition programme, website and experiences for next year.

Feedback is welcome from all P7 pupils, families, primary and academy staff, including our partners, such as Barnardos.
