The Pupil Support team offers both academic and pastoral advice for learners throughout their Senior Phase journey. This comprises of a number of key elements including:

• Holding learning conversations after each tracking report to identify strengths and next steps to ensure ongoing success.

• Assisting learners with their pathway planning and helping them in securing a positive future destination beyond school.

• Supporting good mental health by offering strategies and advice on how to best cope with stress and anxiety regarding assessments and exams.

• Liaising with parents/carers and teachers to ensure transparency regarding a learner’s progress.

• Signposting agencies and organisations to further help with any wellbeing concerns.
