OUR PARENT COUNCIL
At Middleton Park School we have an enthusiastic and active Parent Council. Our Parent Council meets at least once a term and everyone within our school community is welcome to attend our meetings. These are completely open with a friendly environment where you can come and listen or actively participate. Parent Council meetings are a great way to find out what is happening across our school community from Nursery right the way through to Primary 7. Each class has a family representative who helps to bring feedback and ideas to the meetings. Each class tends to have a communication group, via a closed social media platform or a Whatsapp group. If you would like to find out who your child's class representative is please get in touch and we can help pass your details on.
In the past our Parent Council has helped to support school trips, class parties, the set up of the school library, class discos, providing Christmas gifts to our youngest members and help to maintain our beautiful space - Dougal’s Garden. We only manage to do this through our fabulous community volunteers and fundraising efforts.
We would love to have you support us in whatever way you can.
Please contact Emma Owen, Chairperson, for more information on how you can get involved or visit our website: pcmiddletonpark@aberdeen.npfs.org.uk
