Language & Communication is split into two areas: Dyslexia Outreach and English as an Additional Language (or EAL for short).  Click below to find out more about these Teams:

Language Support Provision (LSP)

Although they remain the full responsibility of Dyce and Sunnybank Schools respectively, the Depute Head Teacher with responsibility for Language and Communication supports the strategic development of Language Support Provision (or LSP for short) as part of their remit.

The Language Support Provisions (at Dyce and Sunnybank Primary Schools) support the needs of young (generally pre-school to Primary 3) children from across the city who have a specific language impairment, offering:  

As progress accelerates, children return to their local school.
