S2 PE & Sports Studies

The PE and sports studies course aims to enable the learner to: 

• engage in physical activities, in preparation for a healthy and active lifestyle 

• build capacity to enhance effective performance through participation in physical activities 

• develop knowledge and understanding of the factors impacting performance

• assess and evaluate performance 

• develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to organise and lead activity sessions and skills practices
