XC Team Info
Practices begin Sept 8, and run each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 3:15-4:45.
Roster open to all students, no tryouts required
Races are 2+ miles and students run for extended distances/times during all practices
Please bring a water bottle and appropriate running gear to all team activities

Field Hockey
Field Hockey Team Info
Tryouts run Sept 8-11 from 3:15-4:40 pm. The roster will be announced Sept 12th.
Regular practices begin Sept 15th and occur on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday's from 3:15-4:40 pm on Slauson back field.
Athletes will need shin guards, and a mouth guard for all practices and games.
We have used sticks available, but athletes are encouraged to bring their own equipment.
All Home Games will be played at Virginia Park due to construction at Slauson. Map
Games begin between 4:15 and 4:30, and wrap up around 6:00. We have a team bus to all away games, but no bus returning to Slauson. Athletes will need to be picked up after all away games at the away school
