Clague Middle School's New Mental Health Library!

Part of the Youth Mental Health Mini-Grant funds were used to purchase furniture for the Clague Counseling Center to provide an inviting, calm and safe space for students.

Peer to Peer (P2P) Student leaders at Clague educate all students in grades 6-8 about mental health & how to reach out for help.

Mental Health Awareness and Education continues at Clague as Peer to Peer (P2P) launches this school-wide initiative.

The Clague counseling team is currently working with student leaders representing 6th, 7th and 8th grades in partnership with the P2P University of Michigan Depression Center staff.

Clague counselors, social worker and Clague P2P student leadership teams join together with other middles schools from Washtenaw County at the annual Kick-Off Conference held in the fall every year. Clague Counselors and P2P UM - Depression Center staff will continue working with Clague P2P student leaders addressing mental health within our school community. They continue to launch various projects and campaigns throughout the school year to help students learn about mental health, reduce the stigma and know how to reach out for help. Contact your Clague Counselors for more information (Contact information located on Clague Counseling's homepage.)
