Cross Country

Cross Country is open to grades 5-8th at High Desert. 

No tryouts, just a willingness to commit to your team, be coachable, and set goals for yourself.

Great way to meet new friends and get involved in your school.

HDS participates in the Silver / Tri-district league for meets.

The season is September through  1st week of November.

All athletes must complete physical and athletic clearance online.

Practices begin in August, look to school announcements for upates and practice days for the upcoming season.
