Leveled Text
Raz-kids texts are both fiction and non-fiction so it appeals to all readers! Texts are leveled so students can read just-right texts or challenge themselves with the next level. Students will listen to the book, read it, and take a quiz to check for understanding.
Raz Rocket
Students earn stars as they read and use them to create a room inside Raz Rocket. They can use aliens, furniture, equipment, plants, robots, and other items in their space-themed environment.
All students at Pershing Hill have access to Raz-Kids. Raz-Kids consists of 400 ebooks at varying levels with open-book quizzes that test comprehension. Books include Poetry, Nursery Rhymes, Song, Spanish, and more! Students can listen to books for modeled fluency, read books for practice, and even record themselves reading for teachers to monitor progress. Raz Rocket gets students motivated to read and strengthens the home-school connection.
