Upon joining AP Classroom, each exam registration is marked as YES.
Students not wishing to take an AP test must change the exam indicator to "NO" on the Google Form no later than October 31st, 2025
If you choose to change the exam decision anytime after the Oct 31st date, this will result in a "late registration or cancelled test" fee of $40
(Fees, if applicable, will be paid through OSP (click HERE or the yellow button at the top of the page)
For students enrolled in the corresponding courses- fees are paid for up to 4 exams* if registration is completed by October 31st and exams are taken as scheduled.(*pending funding)
For students receiving free and reduced meals- fees are paid for all exams for enrolled courses if registration is completed by October 31st and exams are taken as scheduled.
Other exams (for students taking more than 4 exams or independent study) will cost $100 per exam if ordered by October 31st or $140 if ordered between Nov 1st and March 1st.
Unpaid AP exam fees will result in a financial obligation that may prohibit a student from attending future school-sponsored student activities, dances, proms, etc..
Please review the exam calendar below; exam make-ups are not guaranteed, and families are encouraged to schedule events around AP exams.
Students who receive accommodations through an IEP or 504 must apply and be approved for accommodations with College Board. Complete the SSD consent form and email it to Elizabeth Pape (epape@aacps.org) AND Shannon Rains, (srains@aacps.org) Testing Coordinator. Applications must be submitted no later than January 30th.
