CMS currently has 16 student Ambassadors ready and willing to assist new students!
Our Mission: The Student Ambassador Program provides a sense of community for all students. It encourages students to connect with peers of diverse backgrounds and interests to create an inclusive school environment. It also provides those directly involved with the program an opportunity to develop leadership skills and increase their school engagement.
Responsibilities of a Student Ambassador:
Attend scheduled team meetings.
Provide tours for newly enrolled students during the school year
Provide CMS families with support during our 6th grade Back to School Night event.
Participate in our New Student Breakfast.
Support our CMS Holiday Drive. (https://www.thesharingfoundation.org)
Qualifications
Must have all C's or higher
No discipline referrals
Be dedicated, dependable, dynamic, and outgoing (people person, easy to talk to).
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
Application submitted prior to due date.
Be able to provide one teacher for a reference. (make sure you ask the teacher first)
