Follow the school(s) student is applying to process prior to contacting (submitting any forms) to the counseling office.
Submit SIGNED private school transcript to the School Counseling office or email transcript requests to Ms. Babin (mbabin@aacps.org) and/or Ms. Donnelly (pkdonnelly@aacps.org) our School Counseling Office secretaries.
ALL Electronic Teacher (or counselor) recommendation forms should be sent directly to teacher(s)/school counselor the student is seeking recommendation from. Any follow up about recommendations should be directed to teacher(s)/school counselor. Find staff emails in our directory HERE. Any paper/hard copies of recommendation forms should be submitted to Ms. Babin and/or Mrs. Donnelly to distribute to teachers/staff. Once completed by teachers/staff, Mrs. Babin/Ms. Donnelly will submit to appropriate school.
4. Private School we will be sent the completed transcript per their instructions.
