Who is eligible?

Students who meet minimum GPA scores, reside in Anne Arundel County, and are graduating from an Anne Arundel County public or private school or registered with the Anne Arundel County Board of Education home-school program.

How can the scholarship be used?

To help pay for tuition, fees, books, technical equipment, and room and board at the higher education institution of choice.

How do I apply?

Students may apply to two scholarship categories but can be awarded no more than one scholarship. Access to Scholarship for Scholars website and apply for the specific scholarship under the category name.

What is the performance criteria?

Scholarships for Scholars awards scholarships based on outstanding performance in the specific curriculum categories.

Highly qualified applicants can distinguish themselves from similarly qualified peers by demonstrating overall academic excellence as well as school and community service, leadership, collaboration, and/or a vision for future application within the subject category.
