Open to 60 students.
Art connects with the environment by reflecting, interpreting, and often advocating for the natural world. Through various mediums—like painting, sculpture, photography, and film—artists highlight the beauty of nature, raise awareness about environmental issues, and inspire a deeper emotional connection to the planet. Art can also use natural materials or be created within landscapes, making it a direct part of the environment itself. In this way, art becomes both a mirror and a message, encouraging sustainability and ecological respect.
Spend a day creating and connecting. No experience necessary. Students should dress in clothes that can get messy and need to bring a packed lunch.
