Honors Opportunities

St.Norbert College Honors Band

Each fall, St.Norbert College hosts a middle school honor band opportunity. 8th grade students are recommended for this opportunity by their teacher. Students and teacher complete an application and then students are carefully selected from schools all across Wisconsin. Students participate in a day of rehearsals, workshops, and master classes followed by a concert.

North Eastern Conference (NEC) Honors Band

Each spring, the NEC hosts a middle and high school honors band at one of the NEC schools. Students in 8th grade are recommended for this opportunity by their teacher. Students are then selected from the participating NEC conference schools to participate. Students are then part of a day long rehearsal followed by a concert.
