via Google Drive

For video auditions and portfolio materials (e.g., composition scores, repertoire list, etc.), the preferred method is to upload them to a Google drive folder as follows:

1) While logged into your Gmail account, go to drive.google.com   

2) Create a new folder called LastnameFirstname-Degree(Instrument if applicable).

3) Upload your audio and video recordings, scores, etc. into the Google drive folder. Label each file with your name and some kind of description (e.g. Smith-Mozart-Sinfonia-mvt1.mp3, Jones-score1.pdf, etc.)

4) Fill out the Submission Contents form. This is so we can verify that we have all of the correct files for your complete portfolio.

5) SHARE all folders with music-grad@wmich.edu with the privilege "Can edit".
