Congratulations Khalid Lai-Walters class of 2017!

sley University's College of Art & Design visited Windsor High School this week from Boston to present on their impressive programs and review student portfolios. WHS currently has three of its Art Department Alumni studying in their Fine Arts Department for Photography, Animation and Graphic & Interactive Design. At this visit, WHS Senior Khalid Lai-Walters' portfolio was accepted on the spot by their Associate Director of Admissions for their Fine Arts Department. Congratulations to Khalid and all the seniors whose work impressed our visitor. He referred to our students as a “double-threat” because all our WHS Art students showed both an impressive level of technical skill, as well as creative problem solving and thinking skills.
