6th Grade MATH

WELCOME TO 6th GRADE MATH!

  Hello, students and families!

I am looking forward to an exciting new school year!  All Math 6 classes will follow the Everyday Mathematics, 4th Edition curriculum.  This curriculum is aligned with the Common Core Standards and is designed to encourage creative thinking and problem-solving. Everyday Mathematics connects math to real-life situations, helping students see how math is used in their everyday lives.  Games, activities, and engaging lessons will encourage students to become confident and successful thinkers and problem-solvers. Study Island and Get More Math are two additional online programs that will be used to supplement our curriculum throughout the year. Students and parents are always welcome to contact me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to working with you and helping make this a successful and exciting year of learning!
