I am a 2003 graduate of Windber Area School District where I was involved in a lot of sports, clubs, and extra curricular activities. After high school I attended college at West Virginia University and The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. From there I received my bachelors degree in communications and a business certificate. I then got a masters degree in teaching at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. I spent a few years working in the Pittsburgh Public Schools system and Williamsburg-James City County Schools before coming back to Windber. I have been working in the Windber Area School District since 2015. I have 2 children and a dog. My husband is also a Windber graduate and currently the Windber Varsity Baseball coach.
