Course Description:

The content of this course in differential and integral calculus is a rigorous HS level calculus course to prepare students for the Advanced Placement Exam. The topics range from limits and continuity through derivatives and their applications to integrals and their applications. The course emphasizes a multi-representational approach to calculus with concepts, results, and problems being expressed graphically, numerically, analytically, and verbally. The use of graphing calculators is an integral part of the course, allowing the student to explore a variety of approaches to a problem.
