The Williamstown Chamber of Commerce has coordinated with BRIDGE to host a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Educational Series FREE to our member businesses. We hope that you will make time to take advantage of this valuable educational opportunity. At the conclusion of the training series, participants will be encouraged to sign the "Not In My County Pledge'' and receive a window cling to display your commitment to DEI.
Registration is now OPEN. Space is limited! Registration is currently open to member businesses ONLY. On Thursday, April 15th, we will open registration to our entire community, so please register early and only if you can confirm your attendance.
WEBINAR SERIES
This FREE training series will help businesses cultivate and steward inclusive workplace environments for customers and employees alike, in order to create a culture of belonging in your business. Additionally, we will discuss the impact of COVID-19 on small businesses, identifying significant shifts that will be required to counterbalance mask-wearing and social distancing guidelines in terms of dismantling cultural and systemic bias. How can we be proactive?

Introducing the foundations of cultural competence, what equity & inclusion look like, and how we can identify biases in our daily lives and relationships.
Diversity & Belonging: Affirming Safety & Belonging in Our Community

BRIDGE will facilitate a forum identifying pathways to safety and trust in our community.
Diversity & Belonging: Stewarding Culturally Sensitive and Inclusive Environments
Tuesday, May 11, 9-11am
Looking at how biases show up in our daily interactions, recognizing microaggressions & microinequities, and identifying strategies for affirming a welcoming environment for new residents, visitors, and employees.
