Attached is the Town of Williamstown’s Quarterly Aggregation Report for Q4 2020. The information is current through the supplier’s January invoicing, which is the December usage of electricity.
Basic Service rates change twice a year or more, depending on rate class. As a result, the aggregation rate may not always be lower than the Basic Service rate. The goal of the aggregation is to deliver savings over the life of the Program against Basic Service. However, such savings and future savings cannot be guaranteed.
Also, on April 30, 2021, you should receive an electronic copy of the Annual Report prepared by Colonial and submitted to the DPU by our legal counsel, Pierce Atwood. The report’s form and content is per DPU requirements. We find the report isn’t as informative as it could be for the individual aggregation, whereas the attached provides much more practical and useful information (see second tab).
