Among the other Covid related accounting issues we needed to address, one of the easier ones was securing "deficit spending" approval from DLS. We're not operationally running a deficit. However, this authority allows us to move FY20 Covid related expenses, many of which are pending reimbursement from CARES or FEMA into a separate accounting classification since we will be carrying them on our books past the end of the fiscal year.
