Wendy Penner is the recipient of this year's Community Environmental Leadership award from the Center for EcoTechnology (CET) . She is being recognized for her work in Williamstown. An active member of the COOL Committee and vital to Williamstown's first Solarize program as well as the likely upcoming round in the Solarize Plus program, her environmental work has been an important part of the Town's programming in this area. Due to this alignment with work to the Town, CET has requested the opportunity to present the award at a Select Board meeting.
