In 2016, the Racial Equity Alliance released an Equitable Development handbook, shown here: https://www.racialequityalliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/GARE-Equitable-Development.pdf. This document will provide the basic info for how to begin thinking about equitable development. Using data-based approaches, the handbook guides readers through the policy steps that towns and cities should use to consider equitable living in their communities.
