At our retreat, I shared some of my experience working with the Main Street approach - Littleton won the Great American Main Street Award as one of the top programs in the country and I served on the Board and Committees of the NH Main Street Center for quite a few years. At some point, this may be a direction we want to evaluate the feasibility of pursuing here. The link below leads to a good one page overview of the approach.
