Early voting electioneering policy

The Secretary of State's office has recommended that town's establish their own policy regarding electioneering (setback from voting areas for campaigning, signs, etc.) The current law applies only to Election Day voting sites and they recognized that measurements and setback may need to vary for local early voting locations. I've attached the note that Mary Kennedy received on this issue. She has proposed the following policy to cover our locations, noting that 50 feet at Town Hall would make the allowable location in front of the building in the center grass circle and just past the handicapped parking space on the inner building side of the loop.
