Host Community Agreements

Two draft agreements below. Clauses are largely identical with adjustments in terminology for medical referencing DPH and retail referencing CCC. Additionally, the medical calls for a $10,000 initial payment, while retail is $15,000. Retail also includes a clause for additional contribution, outside of the 3%, of at least $5000 for prevention and education programs.
