Here are the three documents that were reviewed Tuesday night at the Joint meeting.

• 1. The 2015 regional agreement as approved

  2. The current DRAFT 2017 regional agreement

  3. An annotations document that goes through the differences between 2015 and 2017, section by section, in plain words that should help readers understand the differences.

Please not that this is still a DRAFT. Dese has not given the ok but wanted to get to you so the town officials can start to read.
