Approve Annual Reclaim Childhood Fundraiser

This annual fundraiser is hosted by Williams Alumni to fund sports camps for women and children in Amman, Jordan. They are requesting a street closure on Hoxsey Street for October 28, 2017 from 11pm to 1am. This Halloween event has been approved by the Police Department. Chief Johnson has had a conversation with the sponsors about noise, alcohol, and keeping an open travel lane for emergency vehicles.
