Folks;

While an imperfect bill, this bill will pave the way for success for many of the solar photovoltaic projects underway. We need continue pressure to secure a favorable SREC program, both in the short-term with the anticipated emergency regulations and in the long-term to result in sustainable solar energy in the Commonwealth. I am happy to chat with any of you as to the impact of this bill.
