Homework packets are given out one to two times a month. The homework for the entire week is posted on the front page of the packet. It is essential that each student complete the homework and submit it on the due date. If your child forgets his/her homework, they must makeup the assignment. All homework assignment grades are posted on the Parent Portal. Homework assignments turned in on the due date have the opportunity to receive full credit (assignments must be fully completed). NO LATE HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS will be accepted five (5) days after the due date. If you do not hand in the assignment within five days of the due date, you will receive a zero (0).
Students are required to be in class and in their seats when the bell rings. Students who are not in the classroom when the bell rings will be marked late on their attendance record. Students with 3 or more lates will receive a referral. Students are responsible for work assigned when they were absent. All classwork and homework assignments are located in the “Absent Work Folders.” You may contact me if your child will be absent and I can gather any work to send home with another student or for pick-up from the school.
