MJAKA!!!

What is MJAKA???

~MJAKA stands for Martha Jones Acts of Kindness and Adventure.

~MJAKA is a year long challenge for teachers and students to have fun, try new things, step out of their comfort zone and more importantly be KIND to others.

~MJAKA is a list of over 50 items ranging from silly to random acts of kindness. Students may choose to do one item, challenge themselves to do all items, or anywhere in between. Unless stated otherwise, items are done AT SCHOOL. Items must be witnessed and a teacher will give the student a ticket. The student writes their name on the ticket and the number of the item they did and put their ticket int he bowl int he front office. Special items will be shared on the MJAKA bulletin board. New items will also be added throughout the year. Most items are intended to be done at school but we encourage families to challenge each other at home.

~MJAKA is a way to build community and kindness in our schools and town.
