Turn In: Game, 10 quality questions about your topic to be included for the test
Concepts to include: Brainstorm for main ideas, skills and vocabulary, check with Mr. Bean to see if it is satisfactory
Chapter 2 Challenge Introduction, Video
1) At least 5 important concepts about the periodic table from the chapter are covered in the game
2) At least 7 terms from the chapter are emphasized and accurately presented
3) Clear, concise, and coherent explanations are given for concepts presented
4) Concepts are integrated into the game in a creative manner so that the game is entertaining and appropriate for high-school students. The game promotes both the learning and reviewing of concepts about the periodic table
5) The rules of the game are straightforward and easy to play
6) The group worked cooperatively and constructively. The input of all members was incorporated and valued.
7) Submit 10 quality questions for use on Chapter test
You will need to bring your notebook, a calculator, and a periodic table with you to the D Block exam period (8:00-9:30 am) on Monday 6/20.
The final will consist of multiple choice questions from all of the units we have covered the second half of the year (everything after the midterm). It will be open notebook, so be sure that you have your notebook and periodic table (along with worksheets and quizzes) organized and up to date prior to the exam to maximize you score.
Below is a list of objectives of the units that will make up the exam, practice problems for each unit, and multiple choice review.
